• What is the process for starting a project? The process of starting a project would be a brief consultation and design questionnaire to discuss the design concept or logo idea.  Next would be a discussion on the cost or budget of the project and the initial deposit to start the project.

• What is the deposit? To start any project, a deposit of 40% of the total cost is required, and the remaining balance is due after the project is completed.

• Are deposits refundable? Deposits are non-refundable once sketches and drafts of the artwork have been initiated and sent to clients via text message or email.

• What is the turnaround time for projects? The turnaround time for projects is based on the client's timeline, but I ask for 3 to 5 business days to complete the project. If a project is needed sooner, a rush fee is applied to the total cost of the project. 

• How many revisions are available? During the design process, clients have three revisions available. Revisions are opportunities to make changes to the logo concept, style, color, imagery, etc. Any additional revision after three will be an additional charge.

• What is included in a finished project? Once a project is finished, clients will receive their artwork or logo in PNG (Portable Network Graphic) file format via email. Artwork and file format may vary due to the client's needs.
